The Slurry Sealing Paver (Micro-Surfacing Sealing Paver) is a new-generation machine developed by our company, combining years of engineering construction and equipment manufacturing experience. It is suitable for construction processes such as lower seal coats, micro-surfacing Sealing, and fiber-reinforced micro-surfacing. Primarily used to treat road surface issues like reduced friction, cracks and rutting. it enhances pavement skid resistance and waterproofing, improves smoothness, and increases driving comfort—effectively "rejuvenating" the pavement.
Slurry sealing refers to a thin asphalt surface treatment layer. It is formed by mixing appropriately graded crushed stone and sand as aggregates with emulsified asphalt as a binder, along with a certain proportion of filler (cement, lime, fly ash, mineral powder, etc.), additives, and water. The uniformly mixed slurry is then spread evenly on the road surface to the required thickness and width.
