SinoTo Jumbo bag bitumen melting machine is divided into two parts, one part is the melting chamber and the other part is the hoisting structure. The melting chamber adopts a skid-mounted structure, which is convenient for transportation and relocation of construction sites. The melting chamber consists of 3-5 feeding ports and a heating chamber. The heat transfer oil pipes are arranged under the feeding port; the 4-way high-temperature smoke pipe is arranged in the heating bin to quickly heat the asphalt. Because the height of the hoisting structure is higher than the limit height of equipment transportation, it adopts an assembled structure, which is completely connected by bolts, which is convenient for transportation. The hoisting structure is mainly composed of hoisting support and a 2T electric hoist.
