  • Intelligent Control System

    SINOTO Emulsion Bitumen Plant adopts Siemens PLC control technology to achieve precise proportioning of asphalt, emulsion and water. It has an automatic compensation function, with an error control within 0.5%. The two emulsion tanks are used alternately to achieve continuous production. The pipelines for asphalt and emulsion are all controlled by pneumatic valves, reducing manual intervention; the operation is simple, lowering the risk of mis-operation and the occurrence of accidents.

  • High-Performance Core Component - Colloid Mill

    SINOTO Emulsion Bitumen Plant selects well-known wear-resistant colloid mill in the industry. The stator and rotor are made of special alloy materials that are wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, which increases the service life by 3 times compared to ordinary mills. The gap between the stator and rotor can be adjusted to the micron level, ensuring high-quality, high-performance and low demulsification rate of asphalt emulsion through high-speed shearing.

  • Strong Adaptability For Different Materials

    The emulsifier dilution system and emulsion blending and conveying system of SINOTO Emulsion Bitumen Plant are all made of corrosion-resistant 316 stainless steel or PPR material, which is resistant to strong acid and strong alkali corrosion. They are suitable for the production of anionic emulsion bitumen, cationic emulsion bitumen, fast-setting emulsion bitumen, medium-setting emulsion bitumen, slow-setting emulsion bitumen and high-performance modified emulsion bitumen. This equipment can be used for multiple purposes and only requires one-button cleaning, saving investment costs and usage costs.

    The high-speed operating colloid mill, with intelligent control, ensures the stability of the system operation and increases the equipment output; the efficient heat exchange system ensures that the temperature of emulsion bitumen drops rapidly, reducing the demulsification rate while, through the recycling of cooling water, shortening the heating time of hot water and saving fuel.
