a) Chassis: Shacman Delong China VI-specialized chassis with strong load capacity, low fuel consumption, and stable operation. Equipped with a 257 kW (350 HP) engine for enhanced power.

b) Bitumen Tank: Exterior clad with anti-corrosion stainless steel brushed panels; excellent thermal insulation (temperature drop ≤ 12°C/8h under ambient conditions).

c) Heating System: Two imported diesel burners with high combustion efficiency and rapid heating. Features automatic ignition and temperature control for safe, stable operation.

d) Hopper Design: Liftable inner/outer hopper structure expands single-vehicle coverage area.

e) Hydraulic System: Full-power take-off (PTO) from main engine. High-temperature pneumatic clutch ensures stable performance.

f) Zero-Start Spraying: Capable of spraying from zero vehicle speed.

j) Tank Agitator: Integrated mixer enables storage and processing of rubber-modified asphalt.

k) Dual Control System: Redundant manual/auto operations ensure uninterrupted workflow. Vehicle-mounted controller enables automated operation using radar (speed measurement) and encoder (pump monitoring) for precise material application. Real-time monitoring and control panel installed in cab.
