On December 29, 2025, SINOTO reached a high-capacity stone crushing production line to a premier Tanzanian contractor. This article explores the strategic partnership, the technical hurdles overcome by SINOTO engineering, and the cutting-edge machinery that is now set to drive road and building projects across the region. Discover how our tailored solutions provide the durability and efficiency required for the toughest African terrains.
December 29, 2025, was the day when the industrial life in Tanzania took a major leap forward. A major construction and mining company in the area officially accomplished the purchase of a total crushing producing line of SINOTO. It is a defining step towards the growth of SINOTO in the African market and is our determination to offer the best heavy machinery that can withstand the most hostile environments in the world.
The site of the project of the client is situated on a territory of high-hardness granite and basalt, which presupposed the usage of equipment that would be able to work with abrasive materials without too much wear and tear. They had their main goals as
High Throughput: Constant production of 200 -250 tons per hour (TPH).
Quality of products: Special grain shapes in the manufacture of high-grade asphalt and concrete.
Stability in operation: The equipment must be able to operate continuously 12-16 hours per day in tropical heat.
After Sales Services: Quick service of wear parts and technical services.
The client selected the SINOTO crushing production line after considering various other foreign brands because we have reputation of engineering heavy as well as the success rate of our company in such geological conditions in the continent.
Our engineers developed a multi-stage stationary crushing plant to achieve the local requirements of Tanzanian location. The combination of the components is able to achieve the optimal efficiency with minimum energy wastages.
The initial phase will have our flagship PE Series Jaw Crusher. This machine is designed to be used mainly in the job of reducing large boulders and it is done using a deep crushing cavity, and a high manganese steel jaw plate.
Advantage: It can take a bigger feed size and retain a higher reduction ratio, thus putting a big burden on secondary crushers.
In the second step, we combined HP Series High-Efficiency Cone Crusher. The cone crushers are better than the impact crushers in the hard rock environment in Tanzania, because they are hardy against abrasion.
Advantage: The crushing principle of inter-particles guarantees that the ultimate cumulative is cubic-shaped, which is a compulsory premise of international standards of road construction.
It is then shipped into a YK Series Vibrating Screen. The screen has several layers of high strength mesh and can separate the crushed stone to several different sizes: 0-5 mm, 5-10 mm, 10-20 mm, and 20-40 mm.
The agreement, which was made on December 29, 2025, was the result of three months of technical consultation and planning of the location. SINOTO was offering a turn key experience, which comprised:
We employed 3D modeling to optimize the location of conveyors and foundations to the unique topography of the client, saving the client money in civil engineering.
A little bit complicated international shipping, the equipment reached the port of Dar es Salaam on time, and all the customs paperwork was done effectively.
SINOTO had a team of five engineers sent to Tanzania. They were in charge of assembly, load tests, and extensive safety training of the local operators.
Work attitude of the SINOTO team was professional since the time we signed the agreement. The machinery has come in an excellent state and the production has already surpassed our original anticipations. — Tanzanian Construction Group project Director.
It has been a demonstration of how to make SINOTO a household name in African mining and construction, given this December 2025 trading. We know that the one-fits-all approach does not apply in this industry.
Tropicalized Cooling Systems:
our power units and hydraulic systems are modified to have better cooling capacities so that they always perform optimally even when the ambient temperatures are above 40degC.
Durability of Design:
Our models are made with stronger steel plates and strengthened welding processes than the industry models. The rock is of high silica content, which in East Africa poses a strain on the machines; this is safeguarded by this over-engineering.
Digital Integration:
The Tanzanian production line has the SINOTO Smart-Control System installed, which enables the client to track the fuel consumption, temperature, and throughput through a mobile application, which will provide complete transparency in production expenses.
With the freshly commissioned, SINOTO line on the go, it is projected to generate in excess of 500, 000 tons of aggregate in the first year. This will directly be used in building schools, hospitals, and highways that are essential in the projects of the Tanzania vision 2025.
In the case of SINOTO, this sale is not a mere sale, but a joint venture. To make sure that the investment of the client dated to December 29 is not wasted in the next decade and later, we have opened a local warehouse of spare parts in the area.
The successful execution of the SINOTO crushing production line deal in Tanzania can be used as a template in the development of infrastructure in the continent of Africa. Through the integration of rough machines with smart design and local service, SINOTO has kept on enabling contractors to construct quicker, more robust and more economically.
Should you want to increase your capacity, or open a new mining venture, you can follow the example of our Tanzanian partners.
