The conventional road construction is normally associated with the problem of low emulsions and wastage of high energy, which makes the pavement to fail very early. The high-shear mill is in our heart. It recrystallizes the bitumen particles to a uniform size of 1-5 microns, which guarantees that it will not go out of shape due to storage in the long run, and can also be used before it spoils.
Our plants have Siemens PLC systems, thus they can manage formulas with a single button. Water, emulsifier and acid are automatically dosed thus reducing human error and waste of material.
The built-in heat exchange heats the incoming water phase with the heat of the completed emulsion and the amount of fuel used is cut by a quarter.
The whole plant is constructed on a conventional container frame. This can be deployed quickly, picked by sea and requires a minimal amount of ground work.
