In early July 2025, China blazed under a scorching sun with waves of heat sweeping across the land. Yet, nothing could hinder the determined progress of SinoTo Machinery. Amidst this vibrant and challenging midsummer season, SinoTo Machinery celebrated two exhilarating milestones: the official opening of its brand-new office in the Jinghu Commercial Center, Erqi District, Zhengzhou City, and the completion of its highly anticipated new-generation emulsion bitumen plant, ready for shipment to clients in the Middle East.

As the capital of Henan and a pivotal central city in China, Zhengzhou boasts extensive transportation networks and a superior geographical location. SinoTo Machinery’s choice to establish its external communications hub in Zhengzhou reflects long-term strategic planning. The Zhengzhou office will streamline visits from international clients and enhance connectivity with SinoTo’s four major production bases. Guided by its core principles of quality, service, and value, the company continuously optimizes product quality, delivers exceptional customer support, promptly resolves operational issues, and uncovers latent value in its products to offer clients greater added benefits.

Equally exciting is the completion of SinoTo’s newly upgraded emulsion bitumen plant. Having passed all production tests and met every design specification, it is now prepared for crating and shipment to Middle Eastern clients. This equipment iteration marks a leap toward smarter and more stable performance for SinoTo’s emulsion bitumen plant.

Our emulsion bitumen plant selects Danish colloid mill, which has better shearing effect and longer service life. The control system adopts Siemens PLC, supporting one-key start-up, and one-key switch between automatic mode and manual mode. Meanwhile, SinoTo Machinery updates the key component valves to pneumatic valves, making operation simpler and the system more stable.
