On February 10-11, 2026, SINOTO had the pleasure of hosting one of Seoul’s most respected road infrastructure firms for a deep-dive technical audit of our latest screening machines, crushers, and their highly anticipated slurry seal paver.
Our visit began in the heavy-machinery hall where our guest, an official of South Korea, willingly gave a white-glove inspection of our most recent screening and crushing machines. Accuracy is all in the Korean market. Unless the size of the output grain is 100 percent uniform, then the quality of the asphalt is impaired down the line.
Our customer spent three hours in the inspection of the metallurgy of our jaw plates and the balance of our vibrating screens. What he discovered was an amount of granular detail which most manufacturers conceal under a paint job.
It is the hidden quality that is appreciated in South Korea as we observed when our client was on the tour. Any one can take a machine to seem heavy. SINOTO turns the machine intelligent.
The second day climax was the production line of the SINOTO Slurry Seal Paver that was a special unit that was going to the tough weather in Nigeria. West African road work requires a certain kind of beast: the machine should be bulletproof against the high ambient conditions, dusty air inhalation and different quality of bitumens.
We demonstrated to the client the way we have oversized the hydraulic oil coolers. Even in the heat of 40degC in Lagos or Abuja, a typical paver will be overheating by noon. A SINO to paver remains cool throughout the day.
The synchronized feed system that we had impressed the South Korean team a great deal. Although the aggregate shapes can be irregular in local quarries of Nigeria, our sensors maintain mix ratio within 1 per cent of laboratory specification.
Since we realized that we cannot always drive 10 minutes to get spare parts in Nigeria, this unit has a Simplified Logic control system. It gives the technologically advanced accuracy of a computer and the manual over-ride stability that field men prefer.
When a client wants to see the inside of a machine during the time of its construction, many manufacturers get nervous. We don’t. On the 11 th of February, our visitor had the entire privilege of using the floor of assembly. He evaluated the wiring harnesses (all heat-shrink and marked), the path routing of the hose (no sharp folds, no abrasiveness points), and the quality of the German-imported pumps we fit our flagship models with.

b. Coating Thickness:
This is to ensure that the anti-corrosion layer is not so thin that it will not withstand the salty moisture of inter-ocean passage to Africa.
The automatic slurry application system (based on constant flow) ensures the slurry remains smooth at all times, no matter the speed of the truck.
This was not just an opportunity to visit one machine; it was a visit to a global supply chain that functions. Our South Korean collaborator serves as the mediator and exploits the manufacturing cost-efficiency of SINOTO and adds the African market project management excellence.
A road project that will be completed in Nigeria at a faster rate, better surface texture, and at a far lesser cost as compared to were they had used the traditional overpriced European options or low quality local constructions.
The bitumen and road construction world is changing and evolving too fast to trust photos and emails. Seeing is believing.
