During the historic visit to highlight the ever-increasing global need to adopt the best road construction solutions, a high-profile team of Saudi Arabia visited the state-of-the-art facilities of SINOTO GLOBAL, with a special look at the state of the art emulsion bitumen plant as well as the high efficiency barrels bitumen melting machine. This special visit provided the Saudi delegation a personal glimpse into how we believe in quality, technological advancement and sustainability. In addition to a simple inspection, the visit established a strong new relationship, which predetermined the establishment of major infrastructure projects in the Middle East.
There was a feeling of anticipation in the air as the delegation of famous engineers and project managers of one of the prominent Saudi Arabian construction companies came at the gates of SINOTO GLOBAL. This was not just another factory visit but the start of a strategic partnership with the goal of transforming road infrastructure in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The delegation had travelled to the manufacturing plant with a certain purpose, to experience the power of production and the technological perfection of two crucial machines, the emulsion bitumen plant, the barrels bitumen melting machine. They wanted to find a partner that would not only supply them with machinery but with a whole solution according to the demanding requirements of the large-scale road projects in the harsh Middle Eastern climate.
As the tour began, the group went into the workshop. The initial one was the amazing Emulsion Bitumen Plant. One of the representatives of SINOTO led the delegation in every part of the production process. He described the mechanism through which the plant is efficient in the dispersion of liquid bitumen in a stable aqueous emulsion, which is essential in the sustainability and high-quality construction and maintenance of roads. Another important point of interest to the Saudi engineers was that the modular design of the plant can be transported easily and installed in a short period of time, thus a major benefit in projects in various and remote areas.
Next, the Saudi delegation challenged the capacity, energy efficiency and accuracy of the control systems of the plant. Next on the tour was the next station; the Barrels Bitumen Melting Machine.
The innovative design of the machine includes a combination of heating and melting in one and simplified process. The Saudi delegation saw how workers loaded the machine with bituminum drums with great ease. The engineer described the two-heating system, where they melted the bitumen by using thermal oil on the outside and a heating coil on the inside, which greatly shortened the time of melting as well as the amount of energy used. The presence of an inbuilt pump and filtration system in the machine was also emphasized where the melted bitumen is clean and can be used immediately without downtime and enhancing efficiency of the operation.
The delegation of Saudi people was quite impressed with the safety of the machine and its environmental friendliness. The closed loop design has the advantage of minimizing the amount of fume emitted into the air and minimizes the chances of burns, a very important factor in the hot climate of the Middle East.
